Incredible Parenting Community CIC, is a Community Interest Company looking to support families throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Our vision is to support families by delivering FREE parenting courses in the local area.
We know from over 30 years of working with parents, children and Young People and from our owns experiences of being parents that it isn't always easy, there are many challenges and it can be hard to navigate through but we also know it is Incredibly rewarding and the most important job in the world.
We are passionate about helping parents to feel confident and supporting them to building positive relationships with their children.
Parenting Courses bring parents together, giving the opportunity to share stories, celebrate successes and build a support network.
Parenting can often feel quite isolating, it creates that worry that you are the only one having issues and questioning ourselves 'how come everyone else is getting it right ' and we know it can be really hard to reach out for help.
Attending a Parenting course shows that you are not alone, everyone experiences difficulties at times and what you are experiencing is probably very normal and that shared experience is powerful and empowering.
Parenting Courses are for everyone, as we step through the door the one thing we all have in common is being a parent and wanting to do the best job we can.
The courses we deliver are evidenced based, meaning they are tried and tested, and we have witnessed the incredible changes that it has on families. They support families to manage difficult behaviour in the children from 4 years old all the way to the teens years.
We love watching parents go through the journey, having the time and a safe space to consider their parenting styles, learn positive strategies to make life happier and reduce stress as well as increasing the confidence and well being of children and young people.
We have a fantastic team of fully trained practitioners who have a wealth of experience of supporting children, Young People and families. We are all committed and passionate about the benefits Parenting Programmes bring.
