We worked together over a number of years and connected through our passion and drive to support children, Young People and their families. Our common belief is that families deserve as much support as possible, each of the team brings their own style, experience and knowledge.
We all share the same desire to support families within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Kate has over 25 years of experience supporting children, Young People and families and is committed to improving the lives for children and young people.
Kate is an accredited facilitator of The Incredible Years School Age programme. Trained in STOP Parenting Program, Kate is an Independent Therapeutic Life Story Worker (Rose Model) and holds a PGCE in Intermediate Child Focused Systemic Practice.
Julie has worked with children, young people, adults and families for over 20 years.
Julie is an accredited facilitator of The Incredible Years School Age programme. Has a Diploma in Counselling, Certificates in Systemic Practice and Brief Solution Focused Therapy, trained in Incredible Years Home Coaching, trained in Group, Teen and enhanced Triple P parenting programmes. Julie is a school counsellor working in both the primary and secondary sector.
Jacqui has been working with and supporting families, children and young people for more than 35 years. This has been in the statutory and voluntary sector focussed on early intervention and community based social action projects. Jacqui is trained in counselling, Child Focused Systemic practice and a wide variety of parenting programmes including The Incredible Years, , STOP, FLASH and Triple P. Jacqui is a STOP and Group Facilitation Skills Trainer.
Katie has been working with children and their families for over 20 years; supporting them in various ways to overcome challenges and improve family life. Katie worked for a number of years as a Family Support Worker within Early Help, and currently as an Independent Family Group Conference Coordinator, Mediator and Advocate. Katie is accredited to deliver the STOP Parenting Programme, which helps parents to better understand their teenagers and improve family dynamics and relationships within the home.
